Making time

Every charm is printed to order. Allow three to five working days before it ships, and one more for painted pieces.

Delivery

Orders will ship from Manila by tracked courier. Metro Manila deliveries usually arrive in one to two working days after dispatch, and provincial deliveries in three to seven.

Each charm is packed in a small cotton pouch inside a recycled paper box.

Returns

Unused charms may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Painted pieces made with a chosen colour are made for one person and cannot be returned, but they can be reprinted if they break.

Repairs

A charm that breaks in the first year is reprinted at no charge. Frayed cords are replaced for as long as the shop is open.
